WHY WE STARTED HALO

We started HALO because we care about how bars actually run. Too many venues rely on instinct and quick fixes instead of structure. We’d seen the same issues repeat everywhere, wasted movement, poor prep systems, and data no one used. Most teams were working hard, not smart, and it showed in the margins.

HALO was built to change that. We wanted to prove that operational discipline doesn’t kill creativity, it enables it. When systems handle the variables, teams can focus on what matters: delivering great service at speed and consistency.
